Have gone to Bistrot d’Henri for decades. Tried his Chez Julien spot and it was equally delish and a bit quieter with more space just around the corner from the original. Nice service. Food superb. Highly recommend.
We were misled. We had a reservation with Bistro d'Henri. The owner said he had our reservation but the restaurant was full so they had to send us to their other restaurant down the street called Chez Julien. He assured us everything there was the same including the menu. We got there and the atmosphere was a complete disappointment. The menu was not the same. The food was not good. We've never experienced or heard of a bait and switch like this before.
